How does billing work?
Super is priced at $20 per seat per month after the free trial. Billing scales based on the number of members who join your organization.
Are there usage limits?
Super does not impose fixed message caps for standard organizational usage. We reserve the right to apply protective measures in cases of abuse, excessive automated activity, or behavior that negatively impacts the platform or other customers.
Can Super connect to our existing tools?
Yes. Vault connections allow your Super to securely work with connected documents, storage providers, communication platforms, calendars, internal systems, and other organizational tools.
Is Super built for organizations?

Can we choose where our data is hosted?
Yes. Neuroframe supports regional hosting options for organizations with data residency and operational requirements. Data is currently hosted in the United States (San Francisco) and Canada (Toronto).

Yes. Neuroframe isolates organizational data across projects, conversations, Vault connections, workflows, and other operational data within Super.
